"In March 2024 I gave Rick Arnold, Rock Creek Construction, a check for $13,862.40, payment in full for two independent ductless mini-split systems. Typically, Rick would present an invoice and request full payment immediately for the whole project well in advance of the work even starting. In May, June and early July 2024 I asked Rick repeatedly to install at least one of the systems to have some relief from the triple-digit heat. I also repeatedly asked him to deliver the equipment for the second system as well, which he ignored. One unit was finally installed on July 20, 2024. Almost a year later, Rick still has not delivered or reimbursed the nearly $7,000 he owes me for the second system."
