Hello,\nWe provide high-quality cleaning services and believe in doing the job right the first time.\nWe have extensive experience with:\n*Airbnb & Vrbo turnovers\n*Move-in / move-out cleaning\n*Residential cleaning & organizing\n*Office and building cleaning\n\nWe genuinely find cleaning satisfying and even a little meditative — maybe a bit quirky, but always professional. Definitely thorough, detail-oriented, and reliable. "J&R are absolutely master craftsman at patio, walls, decking and lighting. They were professional from day 1, even when we flipped back and forth on some decisions, and we ended up with a superb back yard. I love my back yard so much now - before it was so pathetic and small and swampy. They built true to design, made sure the draining and grading was perfect, made the back yard functional and beautiful. Our kids are now loving it and we can actually have people come over now. I really love how they are so dedicated to getting it absolutely perfect for us. I would and will use them for all my landscaping work in the future. It's just not worth the hassle of working with someone else who is not as professional, late, or require constant supervision. I trusted J&R Rockscapes with my life savings and it was well worth it. I highly recommend them if you want a perfect job done by the most customer-obsessed service provider in this segment."

"Agron Duga and this crew were fantastic. They showed up on time and worked meticulously. We had one metal roof with cedar shake underneath. These guys took those down, put down new OSB boards in the entire roof and then put down new composite roof. Work done on time and looks good. Agron came by a few weeks later to check on how things are going, which was great."

"My good friend recommended me this company and I called them to see their offer to build a new deck. They gave me good price and I decided to hire them. Ray and his team did excellent quality work and final product is fantastic. In other words, my new deck is beautiful! I can't recommend enough Ray and Palm Construction!"

Fireplaces questions, answered by experts

Deciding whether to buy a prebuilt fireplace kit or build one from scratch comes down to aesthetics, available space, and budget. Many homeowners like the convenience and lower cost of prebuilt options—around $1,500—versus the involved planning and construction of a larger fireplace. Another bonus: you can usually move prebuilt units. Custom projects are more common when homeowners have access to a larger budget and more area in the yard to place the fireplace.

If you would rather use vinegar to clean the stone fireplace instead of dish soap, this mixture should work fine. Vinegar is slightly acidic, however, so it may etch some kinds of stone without quite a bit of diluting. For a stone fireplace, dilute it to about one cup of vinegar for every gallon of hot water. It’s a smart idea to test the diluted mixture in an inconspicuous area of the fireplace and watch for etching. You can use vinegar to clean quite a few different items around your home, and it’s especially good at removing stains.

You can burn wood with oak wilt, as heat from the fire destroys the fungus, and smoke won’t threaten healthy trees. However, wood of unknown origin should be burned during the dormant season—do not store wood in the warmer months for the winter season. If you harvest oak, let it dry in the sun before transporting it elsewhere.

You can research your fireplace insert or retrofit by checking out the EPA wood stove database. The database includes information, such as a model's emission rate, efficiency, and carbon dioxide output.

A hearth often looks like a tile or brick floor that juts out from and surrounds your fireplace. A hearth can be made of stone, brick, ceramic, or any other fireproof material. Brick offers a classic and traditional vibe, whereas a hearth made of marble or ceramic may lean more toward modern aesthetics. The most common depth of a hearth is 20 inches.
