Services are business provides sheetrock, Flooring, Framing, Doors, Windows, Exterior siding, Water damage repair, Electrical, plumbing Fencing, Building decks,

"After reading the positive reviews about Cheyenne and his services, my wife and I were really excited to have him come to our home and provide an estimate on several projects. For context, we recently purchased our house in December, and there is a ton of updating that needs to be done, including a deck overhaul, new flooring, window installation, and a kitchen overhaul. The woman who set up Cheyenne’s visit was very pleasant and booked it out for about a week and a half when Cheyenne was next available. Just before Cheyenne was due to arrive, I was on a work call that I could not interrupt. Apparently, he was having difficulties finding our home, although I thought this was a bit strange since we live in a well populated neighborhood in Union, and all other contractors, delivery services, and visitors have had no issue locating the driveway. When I was free to respond, I texted Cheyenne and told him I would stand at the end of the driveway and wave at him, since it sounded like he was on the correct street. After just a few minutes Cheyenne pulled in with his truck, but he parked in the middle of our easement, blocking the adjacent property owner’s access to and from their home. I politely asked Cheyenne if he could please move his vehicle, but he had a negative attitude from the outset and was clearly annoyed about having to move the truck. After he did so, he carried on about the steepness of the hill leading up to our house and seemed highly irritated about the experience (to clarify, the road is a paved city street and well-maintained). I admit the road is steep, but I lug up the hill regularly with an old Prius, as do the other many neighbors who live here, so you can imagine my surprise that someone with a capable looking truck would make an issue over this. In fact, I just found the whole exchange odd and disappointing. It wasn’t so much that he complained about the road being steep, it was more that he seemed to have a chip on his shoulder from the moment he pulled into the driveway. I’ve worked with several different contractors on home remodeling projects, and this was by far the worst first impression I’ve ever experienced. Despite the rocky start, I invited Cheyenne inside, and we were able to review some of the projects that need to be done. In the end, he agreed to schedule a follow up visit with an engineer to discuss my deck rebuild; he was also going to provide an estimate for replacing our downstairs baseboard trim as well as a price for just repainting it. I had him look at a few other items while he was onsite, but these were more ‘handyman’ things, and he did not sound too interested in doing them, which I completely understand and have no problem with. Unfortunately, I never heard back from Cheyenne or the young woman who apparently manages his schedule. I realize not every job is attractive and/or there are some requests beyond the experience or comfort level of the builder. That said, if you’re not interested in a job because you’re overly concerned about driving up a steep hill, or the scope of the project is outside your skill set (e.g., a second level deck), please just be honest and professional and tell the customer upfront. What some contractors don’t seem to get is that people are depending on them to follow through with their promise to communicate; in other words, it creates a frustrating delay to wait for bids that never come. I was really excited to work with Cheyenne, since we’ve been trying to find a dependable contractor we can hire for all of our home projects. I thought this might be Cheyenne, but in hindsight it’s clear his temperament and lack of follow through would not have been a good fit."

Aquarium Services questions, answered by experts

Never use Drano on blocked toilets. You can end up with a ghastly leak because the chemicals eat away at the glue that holds pipes together just as effectively as they do with clogs. Drano is known for being particularly rough on toilets, which is why some plumbers actually dislike the product.

No. You should dispose of all oil-based finishing products through a local hazardous waste program. Not only can oil-based finishes be hazardous for the environment if disposed of in the sink, but they can cause clogs in your pipes and stop up your drains. Most municipal garbage or waste disposal companies have a specific location or pick-up schedule for hazardous materials, so that’s your best bet to get rid of excess finishing products.

Common problems include clogs, leaks, and drain field failures. Regular maintenance helps prevent major issues.

All municipalities in the U.S. require a permit for septic tank installation or septic system alteration, and the permit will usually cost between $450 and $2,500. Some municipalities also require permits for septic system repair. You’ll either need to contact your local building department or your septic tank company to ask if this is necessary before carrying out the work. Permits are not typically required to have your septic tank pumped, so provided your septic company is licensed, you can move forward with the work as needed.

Some flushable wipes companies say they are designed to disintegrate within a few hours to a few days after being flushed. These wipes allegedly use materials that are more water-soluble than traditional wipes. However, many experts have raised concerns that even so-called "flushable" wipes do not break down as easily as claimed and can contribute to clogs and blockages in sewer systems.

To prevent plumbing and sewer problems, avoid flushing wipes, even those labeled as flushable. Instead, dispose of them in the trash. This can help prevent costly plumbing issues and reduce the strain on wastewater treatment systems.
