I bought a lamb, which was delivered to me butchered and frozen. It was delivered to me a week early on a Sunday. I thought I had plenty of time to buy a freezer. I did not have any place to put the lamb. So, I went to Lowes Home Improvement and they delivered the freezer that very afternoon. The experience was awesome. I spent about $250 on the freezer. They were very accommodating. They normally do a free delivery a day after the purchase, which is great as well. Also, since it was a Sunday, they would have delivered the freezer only by Tuesday. I was very late when I went there. I told the guy the problem and he basically got a couple of guys off of the floor. They got in to a truck and delivered the freezer. I guess since I live within three miles of their store, they delivered it quickly. I liked the fact that they were very accommodating when I told them about the emergency. Even though they are a big store, they went that extra mile for me; I thought it was really impressive. Their customer service was really good; you do not usually see that. I would use them again in the future.
