    I had a fantastic experience with Don's after a maddening experience trying to buy a similar washer-dryer from Best Buy. Don's were quick and responsive to questions and made booking the delivery/installation very easy. They were understanding when I needed to rescheduled the delivery due to street restrictions the day before with PWSA. The delivery was as smooth as anyone can ask for. I received a text estimate and could track where they were (nice when it's cold!) and even received a call estimating their arrival time from the delivery guys. Both guys made quick work of installation while being friendly and clean. The protocols for delivery were clear due to pandemic restrictions and made me feel more comfortable. I'd happily purchase an appliance from Don's again

    The kitchen in my 110+ year old house was small and difficult, with multiple doors and windows below countertop height. I went with Tri County Kitchens as they specialize in difficult kitchens. Todd (the owner) worked with me as I didn't want to change wide woodwork or expand the space. He came up with a very usable design. His installation crew was prompt, polite and very meticulous. There was a brief delay in finishing due to the pandemic, but that could not be helped. I am very pleased with my new kitchen. Highly recommended

    I was so pleased with the installation. The workers (Matt and Brandon) were prompt and friendly and cleaned up at the end. The work was done in less than 3 days except for the backsplash. A week after installation was completed, I had a major plumbing problem not associated with the installation. My plumber had to cut a hole in the back wall under the sink to replace a leaking pipe. Matt made a piece to fit in the back to cover the hole. They went above and beyond

    I purchased a stainless steel fridge, oven, and microwave to update my kitchen. As I purchased the fridge I understood it did not include an icemaker and had to order one separately, which I did and it did not come with my order once delivered. My fridge came damaged, the back grate plate was bent up. I made several phone calls and emails, they told me a replacement grate would be sent to my house. My order came in Oct 2021, followed up with part in Dec 2021which was never delivered yet. I recently called April 2022 to check on the status, I was told he would have to track it and stated to me "the showroom was busy and he was needed out there ".... wow!! What happened to customer satisfaction??? I spent a pretty penny there, apparently they don't care because they got their money. Not to mention the ice maker model they stated was compatible for the fridge wasn't and currently there is no ice maker even available for the fridge yet!!! If I would've known this I would not have purchased this fridge!! After multiple calls to the company they would not replace my fridge with one that has an ice maker. This company thoroughly disgusts me!!! I do not recommend this place, they have the worst customer service

    They delivered one of two Parts. Phone number is to a Wireless service that is temporally unavailable most of the time. Not respond in timely manner. investigation reveals address is a Radison Hotel. NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY!!!

    I purchased a new speed Queen dryer from Daniels in early January. They dryer died after the second load. I contacted Daniels and was told that I was on my own as Daniels is not a certified speed queen servicer. I was not offered any help or compensation. After several calls to speed queen, I was forced to find an independent servicer. When they finally came out they discovered that the main circuit board had failed. They part is on back order with no eta. Since is has been over 30 days without a dryer I was forced to buy a replacement dryer. I have attempted to contact Daniels several times with no response. They don’t stand behind what they sell. I feel that I was mislead as I was never told that they were not authorized to service what they sell despite having a service department

    I found the portable air conditioner I wanted on the Perla web site at a price equal to the price of sale units at other stores which were no longer having sales. I called to make sure I could get it during the pandemic and reached Roko. He was very knowledgeable about the unit pointing out it's good features. He had the unit in their "warehouse" and he said I could pick it up in 2 days. I bought it and he emailed me a receipt and thanked me for my business. He called me when it came in. I had arranged for free delivery at the store. I pulled up outside the store and he put it in my car. A very easy transaction

    They were professional, courteous and came when they said they would and worked very fast. My kitchen from Tri-County kitchen is gorgeous! I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!! Todd is very good at designing kitchens for the space you have to work with. Todd and Alice are wonderful!!

    Price: B+ Not our cheapest estimate but their reputation was worth the extra money. They also knocked off $500 to be more competitive, which was appreciated. The value for the price absolutely ended up being there. We did elect to use another company for the granite counters as Tri County couldn't compete on the price (which was a special deal, though they were about $500-$1000 more than our average granite bid). Quality: A- Jim and his crew did great work. There were a few areas that needed touched up but afterwards everything looks very good. Responsiveness: A+ Jim and Jeff both were very responsive to our questions and inquiries. Their hours are very conducive as they're open to 9pm some days of the week. Punctuality: B+ Jim and his crew were a bit late arriving but they showed up early on the final day to assure they were out ASAP so we didn't have to work from home any longer than needed. Jeff was very punctual when he came to the house for scoping the project. Professionalism: A+ Absolutely great service throughout. Our project manager (Jeff) and installer (Jim) were both a pleasure to work with. Jeff was extremely meticulous on planning every detail, which provided a lot of comfort. We would (and have!) absolutely recommend Tri County
