When I appealed, he took the time to come out, evaluate the roof, and spent 30 minutes on the phone with me providing options. He also provided me with a name of a colleague that he advised may know of a company that is better situated to address metal shingle roofing. Our kitchen and great room have a vaulted ceiling and I wasn’t going to tackle that. Will arrived when stated and stayed until that section was done. It was a 3 day project and completed on time. Will is very neat and meticulous, a pleasure to work with."
