+ -1 moreTHE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY. THERE WAS NO FEELING OF THAT I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON, THEY HAD NO PROBLEM EXPLAINING TO ME WHAT THEY WERE DOING.
Description of Work: THE WORK THAT WAS PERFORMED DEFINITELY FIXED OUR PROBLEM QUICKLY AND IT HASN'T OCCURRED AGAIN.

+ -1 moreI WAS PLEASED WITH MY RENTAL EXPERIENCE. THE MIXER I RECEIVED WAS IN GOOD CONDITION AND EASY TO USE. THEY ASKED ME IF I NEEDED ANY ADVICE ON HOW TO WORK THE MIXER AND WERE HAPPY TO HELP ME.
Description of Work: I RENTED ONE MIXER CONCRETE WHEELBARROW FOR A CEMENT JOB I WAS DOING. UNITED RENTALS ISSUED THE MIXER TO ME AND LOADED IT UP IN MY TRUCK.

+ -1 moreTHE STAFF WAS COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. WE WERE ABLE TO RENT AN AERATOR FOR OUR YARD ON THE SAME DAY WE NEEDED IT. THERE IS A LARGE SELECTION OF OTHER EQUIPMENT TO RENT AS WELL.
Description of Work: UNITED RENTALS WAS ABLE TO PROVIDE A LAWN AERATOR SO THAT WE DID NOT HAVE TO HAVE A SERVICE COME TO OUR HOUSE.
