"The technician was able to remove residue and dirt lines left over from 2 previous carpet cleaning companies, and our carpet looks like the day it was installed. Very pleased with their work, and we will most certainly recommend them to friends and family."

"We bought a 5 year old home with cream colored carpet. I was skeptical the carpet would come clean. I called two other companies and received bids of $385 and $400. Found All Pro through val-pak. I was a bit nervous since their bid of $199 was so much less than the others and included stairs and stain treatment at no additional cost. Rob at All Pro did an excellent job using a truck-mounted steam cleaner. All the stains were removed and the carpet looks great. Also gave me tips on spot-cleaning."

"We had the best experience with Oxi Source Cleaning! Ruben was so responsive and was able to schedule us for a cleaning the next day. He did an amazing job cleaning our sectional, we are so happy with the end product. We will definitely hire him again in the future, fair price and amazing service!"
Carpet was still a little wet, but after a little drying it looked great! Owner was very satisfied.

"C & R called minutes after my SM request. After a quick explanation of the situation (3 yr. old w/1st stomach flu), I was assured that it would be cleaned/deodorized completely, satisfaction guaranteed. The 'spot', along w/rest of carpet, + a strwy & area rug were cleaned quickly & thoroughly. It's been a while now, and I can't believe how good the carpets still look. What seemed too good to be true was just another job for C & R. _The actual cost ended up over $20 LESS than the phone estimate(which was already much cheaper than the other 2 co's); _There was no weekend surcharge (unlike the other 2). I made sure he left me some of his cards!"

"I have used Ryan's restoration twice now when we have had water mishaps. They have been responsive in bringing out the huge fans to dry the carpet underneath and returned to make sure there was no moisture left before taking the fans away. They have also cleaned the carpet in a couple of rooms and did very good work.

Oriental Rug Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Yes, you will need to scrub every surface in your home after using a bug bomb to remove the chemical residue. You’ll need to scrub everything with soapy water at least two times, better yet three times, to enhance the protection of your furniture and other home items.

The first thing you should do when cleaning smoke damage is open all your windows to ventilate the affected area and run an air purifier with a HEPA filter. Cover your furniture and belongings to prevent soot accumulation, and vacuum any soot that’s on the floor and other surfaces. Be sure to wear a mask, gloves, and eye protection when cleaning the affected area.

No, you cannot steam-clean a silk rug. While steamers are a staple for cleaning area rugs, specifically oriental, the same doesn’t apply to silk rugs. The heat from a steamer can seriously damage its fibers. And since you probably don’t want to replace your stunning rug, it’s best to stay safe and keep steamers away from it.

Whether you’re a renter or a buyer, you should clean a house when moving out. For renters, it’s usually written in the lease that a house must be cleaned before it’s vacated. If you’re unsure how thoroughly to clean the place, check with the landlord beforehand; otherwise, you may not receive your deposit back. When selling a house, a contractual agreement is often made with the realtor that the house is swept and that all personal belongings are removed before the previous owners move out.

The time it takes for a carpet to dry after cleaning depends on the method used, but it typically ranges from 6 to 12 hours. Several factors influence drying time, including the amount of water used, the carpet's thickness and material, and the home's temperature and humidity. For instance, wool carpets dry slower than synthetic materials like nylon or polyester. While a standard shampooing may take 6 to 12 hours, methods like steam cleaning or high humidity can extend the drying period up to a full 24 hours.
