"These young men worked very hard and were very professional. They were here for several hours and worked all but a short lunch break. They not only did the inside cleaning, but also the windows. It was nice not to have to hire another company for the windows. There were some stains in the shower that my husband had worked on with many cleaners and had not been able to get off....they did! So I would recommend them and hire them again. There were a couple things I noticed after they were gone that I would have liked cleaned a bit deeper and I know if I would have said something they would have happily done it. "Sound Cleaning was hired at the request of my HOA and does special services by arrangement with homeowners. They did a great job of cleaning my patio which hadn't been cleaned in 2 years. In addition, large pots were cleaned along with the windows, a couple of other patio items and the patio umbrella which was dirtied by the HOA when cleaning gutters and roofs. After a quick explanation of the situation (3 yr. old w/1st stomach flu), I was assured that it would be cleaned/deodorized completely, satisfaction guaranteed. They have been responsive in bringing out the huge fans to dry the carpet underneath and returned to make sure there was no moisture left before taking the fans away.
