Mold & Toxic Material Test
I have lathe and plaster walls so having the option to have a dog come and smell was the best for us. Corinna and her dog Catalina were very professional (I have 2dogs of my own which we put outside). Catalina and Corinna are very professional pair I would highly recommend them to check for mold if your in need of this type of service.
We do have mold and will be dealing with that issue. Mold is an issue in western Washington. I have been sneezing multiple times in a row when I sneeze for a few years and found out that is a mold related issue.

We had a wonderful experience with Corinna and Catalina coming into our home to help us discover toxic molds that we suspected after a water leak incident in our upstairs bathroom. We had a flood remediation contractor come out to deal with the initial issue, but we had some concerns that they did a rush job and didn't take the time to look at all the affected areas for water damage. We've hired a couple of mold detection companies to do ERMI testing, despite the tests coming back negative we were still not convinced that our home was mold free. We decided to enlist Mold Dog Company to inspect the areas that we suspected to be problematic. We are so glad we did because they were able to confirm our suspicions about a few areas and even found some other areas that we had no idea about. We were impressed with their professionalism, accuracy, and timeliness in addressing our concerns, we would recommend Mold Dog Company to anyone who is looking for answers to possible mold contamination
