After I hired them I found out a friend of mine from work hired them recently and they warned me to stay away. I didn't listen and I should have."

Replaced the water heater quickly and to code. After he was done, we asked if he'd assess (not actually fix) our heater issue, and he readily admitted after a good inspection that it was beyond his expertise, but that it needed repair."
