While he was at it we also tossed a few extra items from the honey-do list and they were fixed like it was nothing. You can tell these guys have a ton of experience, they knew all the tricks to fix everything far easier than I expected. I'd have them back to work on my house again without a second thought."

"Sometimes when someone is the only game in town, you have to go with them. The workers did do a really good job installing this sky wall window and door. But one window in the sky wall was broken on arrival. And one of the pains in the sliding glass door was scratched. It took several months and a couple of more trips by them and time off by me to get this all fixed. It appears that Pella and Ply Gem don't have the quality control that is needed to prevent problems like these. I would probably hire Emerald City Energy again to get the window or door that I really want. But be aware that you may have to deal with some issues with there products."
