"It went great. Andy was able to start quickly and fit us in. He installed drywall, soffit and flooring as well as doing some Painting for us. Would recommend him to anyone and hire him again if we have any future home remodel or handyman services."

"Hire Ybarra Professional Builders Inc. NOW and ask for David and Jacob. Their whole team and vendors are exceptional at what they do. You will definitely be satisfied and they are AMAZING!!! Their work is outstanding and their level of commitment is commendable. The sub contractors and contractors they use are outstanding too. David is the strategic, financial behind the scenes person you will work with. You will know when, what to do and how much it all costs. He will try to get you the most reasonable price point for your project and he has no hidden agenda like other contractors I met. Then Jacob is the hands on, builder person you share your vision of what you want, then he will make it happen. He will say, â letâ s pick out the materials, color, and model and do it.â Both are extremely passionate about the projects they work on and handle it all so well. Their character is beyond my belief: honest, intelligent, helpful, caring, kind, supportive, and always available. Finally, they communicate exceptionally well, and lessen the stress from it all. They send updates with videos, calls, and/or meet with you every step of the way. I cannot say enough great things about David and Jacob and so will you. They are turning my home into my â dream homeâ and they will do the same for YOU!!!! Call David now at 747-488-1495."

"everything went very well. The trees that we had cut were close to the water pump and our home. He cut the trees and told us where they would land and they landed just where he said. The job was done in less that 2 hours if that. A very good experience and we would hire him again. We would and have recommended him."

Pole Barn Builders questions, answered by experts

You may need a local building permit and written permission from your homeowner’s association to install a shed, especially if you’re doing any substantial land clearing or installing electricity or plumbing. Permit requirements vary between municipalities, so research the local laws before starting your project. If you hire a contractor to build the shed, they can help determine which permits will be necessary.

Ranch and colonial-style homes are often the most affordable to build. They have a common layout with available designs that are easy to adjust in simple ways without having to spend too much on a structural engineer or architect. Both types of homes' symmetry, simple roofs, and often one or two-story plans mean they often fall in the $150 to $200 square-foot range, putting them right around average.

A simple A-frame chicken coop can take as little as three hours to build, but a more substantial all-in-one coop to house a large flock can take four or five days to build. Consult a local handyperson or custom coop builder for a time estimate based on the specific details of your project.

The construction stage is almost always the longest part of building a house. Within this stage, framing often takes the most time, lasting anywhere from one week to a couple of months, depending on the home's size, the crew, and the time of year. Other parts of the construction phase include pouring the foundation and installing doors, windows, a roof, siding, drywall, and flooring. The planning and design phase can also be very time-consuming, sometimes taking months or even years, especially for a custom home. The final finishing process, which includes painting and installing trim, is typically shorter than the construction or planning stages.

The lifespan of a barn is typically 40 to 60 years, but with skillful construction and proper maintenance, it can last up to 100 years. The actual lifespan depends on several factors, including the barn type, materials, usage, and climate. For example, the posts of a pole barn should last 50 years or longer, but if the structure is used for livestock in a rainy climate, it may rot within the first decade. Custom designs with high-end materials tend to last the longest. To get the best estimate for your barn's lifespan, you should consider its material type and intended use.
