I was referred to them by somebody I knew. They were just terrible. From the get go it was a bad experience for me personally. It cost the home owner about $3500 to move in and $1800 a month for about 8 months. She was crabby and unprofessional. She was cranky to my clients and cranky to me. Through the whole process she was not flexible. Her staff was mediocre. This was an expensive house and she was really unpleasant to work with. I have written letters to her and she never replied back. Initially I thought the charge was fair but I asked her to give a discount. She was not flexible about that. She charges for a whole month while her stuff wasn’t there. It was not pleasant. I would never use her again and I would never recommend her again.
