Our nearly 100 year old deteriorating brick chimney was leaking water into the interior of the house and had to be repaired. Vasiliy came highly recommended to me by one of the best contractors in Portland, and I called upon him to fix it. The chimney was red brick, but Vasiliy suggested a lighter, golden color brick as it was more economical. Since our house is yellow, the golden color looked even better than red brick would have, and I saved money. The chimney is beautiful, and the repair/rebuild was so well done that Ithink it will last another 100 years,"

After working in the business for 7 years and obtaining a bachelors degree in landscape architecture, Pedro Garcia chose to build his own company . With the help of his wife, Mandolyn, 2 older brothers, Adrian and Eleazar, and a close family friend, Jessen Jene Buste, the adventure began in March of 2011 in the state of Idaho. Advanced Landscape Design & Construction (ALDC) is a company that is family owned and committed to the ideals of strong ethics and personal attention to every customer. ALDC aspires to grow in the next several years to eventually own a nursery and rock yard as well. Building a strong foundation for the future of the company, we pay close attention to details to provide quality services. Pedro has sold, designed, and supervised all of the work of their young company, ALDC.
