He went up into our attic, made an extra trip to Home Depot for materials we didn’t realize we needed, and made sure everything was done perfectly. We tried to pay him while he was still at our house (as he completed 90% of the job), but he refused to take anything until the job was completely finished. That level of integrity is so rare. "Sean is awesome came in the first time to fix our slider which was really hard to open and close so he replaced the track. Called Sean and he came out within days of me calling. Took it off the track and worked his magic. Now the slider can be opened with one finger and is whisper quiet. I’m also in the trades and I know how hard it is to go back to the same repair multiple times but Sean is very professional and honest and puts the customer first and totally stands by their 1 year warranty, I’ve heard of other companies that will lie or make excuses to charge for every visit so they can make their “revenue”. For any repairs or upgrades for our doors or windows I will definitely call Sean at Washington Door Service."
