I initially called Jim and explained how my pump was not working. He offered to guide me through a troubleshooting of my spa over the phone, which he hoped would fix my problem - at no cost. Jim said something similar to ' wouldn't it be nice if you could fix it yourself and save a few hundred dollars'? Friends, that's customer service. Unfortunately, my pump could not be fixed over the phone - it was fried..... Jim came out the next day, confirmed my pump was dead and ordered me a new one. The pump came in two days and he installed it the next. My spa is working great now thanks to Jim. I called another spa place first before calling Jim. They told me it would take a week to come see me. Needless to say, I did not hire them. Jim is very responsive and is quite funny. I've never come across a guy who sends you a picture of himself before he shows up.. just so you know who he is when he comes knocking at your front door. That's awesome! I'd recommend Jim to anyone who needs spa repair. When I called Noble Plumbing, Richard called me right back and we discussed my problem. Even though he couldn't do the job until the next day, it couldn't have gone better. He was all the things you want from someone you are hiring to do a job you don't feel qualified to do yourself - he was professional, punctual, competent and a genuinely nice guy. He was to drain both the house system and the exterior system, including the well house. The charge for this service was $225.00. When I returned in May, I called David to come and turn everything back on. When there was no water flowing into the system, David discovered that the Well Pump (which was less than two years old), had cracked, which he said was due to freezing. My HOW did not cover this loss, which was due to leaving water in the system and allowing it to freeze. David did not see that this was his responsibility and indicated that turning off the electricity to other parts of the system, did not include the well house. Somehow, intuitively, I should have known this. The new pump cost me $ 600.00. I had observed my husband winterizing the plumbing system for ten years and had, alone, turned the system back on without any problems. David would not listen to anything I told him about the system. He had his sons with him, teaching them and one of them broke the crystal cover of the UV light . Without that cover, the system could not pump water into the house. Again, David did not consider this his problem and he and his son left, saying, "I'm late for my next job". The next day I went into Spokane and purchased a new crystal cover and installed it myself. However, there was still no water flow. I called David and told him that I had paid him over $1700.00 and I still didn't have water. He returned my call and was very angry and said he would return to my home , but after this, we would not have any further association. Because David was so angry over the phone and because his past actions had indicated that he had no respect for my suggestions, I called a neighbor to come to the house to be with me. David arrived shortly before my neighbor and was berating me loudly when my friend appeared. This abusive behavior stopped immediately. David was here about an hour, before the water began flowing again. I don't know what he did to stop it in the first place, nor do I know what he did to restart it. In the future, I will winterize my home without any assistance.I can't do any worse than David and All Drains and Plumbing did !!

We had septic being sent downhill on our property instead of up to the street. The Rooter Guys came out the day I called them, found the problem, replaced the pump and the system once again is working well. The men worked extremely hard in very cold temperatures and snow pouring down. All...
Since July 2011, our unit has experienced multiple events of ignition lock out and flame sensor failure during colder weather and during the winter. These events caused the heat pump to activate cooling our home with outdoor temperatures below 35 degrees rather than warming. We had previously...

"I don?t know that I would trust these guys. I received a quote to replace my pump. Agreed to do everything they suggested. The day they did the work, everything went smoothly. Unfortunately the outcome wasn?t what I was hoping for - increased water production on a poor production well, but that?s not their fault.
Here?s where you shouldn?t trust them. Right as the job was finished, a fourth guy showed up. He sorta fumbled around and did nothing, apparently he was their solar guy. When they were ?finished? two of the workers demanded payment, one of which was pretty rude about it. It felt odd considering the job wasn?t completed, they were supposed to come back the next day and install a bracket to support the water line. They left all my old well pump, pipe, and wires which is what I wanted. They took the pump controller that was less than a year old. Then I get the bill and it?s $600 more than I agreed to with no explanation, other than the fumbling solar guy said it took 4 guys. "

FAQs for well and pump service projects in Medical Lake, WA
Estimating what size well pump you need is challenging and often inaccurate, but a general rule of thumb is to take the number of fixtures—including water-consuming appliances—in your home and aim for that number in gallons per minute. That calculation method would allow for every fixture in your home to use about one gallon of water per minute. However, it’s best to leave the pump size determination to a professional technician, as they can ensure your pump is providing your home with sufficient water, especially during peak usage hours.
Some states and municipalities restrict well pump repair and replacement to licensed plumbers and technicians, while others don’t have requirements. However, it’s always a good idea to hire a certified plumber to repair or replace well pumps and water pumps. Certified professionals are far more likely to get the job done correctly and prevent future issues, which is especially important for ensuring access to clean water for your home.
It’s possible to fix a broken well pump yourself, but we don’t recommend it. Well pumps are hard to reach and service without the proper equipment, and even if you can reach the pump, it involves working in close proximity to water and electricity, which can be extremely dangerous. Any mistakes made during the repair process could contaminate your water supply or put you and your home at risk. Additionally, some states require that a licensed plumber carry out well pump repair. It’s worth it to hire a professional water pump repair service.
The average cost to repair a well pump is $950, with most well pump repairs ranging between $100 and $2,900. A few factors influence your total repair cost, including the component of your well that needs repair or replacement, the extent of the damage, the accessibility of the pump, and the age and size of your well pump. It might be more cost-effective to replace your well pump if it’s old or has multiple broken components, as the average cost to replace a well pump is $1,800.
Most professional well and water pump technicians will take between two and four hours to replace an above-ground well pump, while a submersible well pump typically takes four to five hours to access and replace. You can also ask your well pump replacement technician how long they expect the process to take, as some jobs take just an hour or two. Keep in mind that you’ll be without access to water during the replacement process, so plan ahead by showering early and stocking up on bottled water for drinking and cooking.
