Outstanding service! Friendly folks, efficient, fast at reasonable cost. Called yesterday for an appointment. Got the car to them at about 9:30 this morning. Picked it up at 2:45 this afternoon. Cost was actually less than I expected. I moved to Spokane Valley about a year ago; I have now found my auto service provider.

He's just a great guy. He did great and I recommend him to anybody. They're just the best that they figured out what's wrong and then they fixed it, they replaced it. You don't feel like you're in trouble and you need them and they're working as soon as they can instead of having them 2 weeks. I love them and they did everything with their supplies. They're good.

It went very well. By asking for the 30 point check I opened myself to being scammed if they chose to report a lot of problems. The only thing they found was a leaking power steering pump. This car has 200,000 miles and if they had told me I needed some new suspension components I would have believed them.
Also, they provided me with a loaner car while mine was being serviced; they kept my car overnight.

I found AutoCraft on AL and called about 20 minutes before they were scheduled to open.  My call was answered and professionally handled.  I made an appointment to bring in the vehicle about an hour later.  While I waited, they ran a scan of all systems and determined that it was a problem in the electrical system and gave their best guess about the true problem.  I got a call about an hour later with a detailed description of the problem, and a quote on the price.  They were very reasonable, and said they would give me a first-time customer discount and further reduced the quoted price, as the timing was bad for me financially.
I got another call about 30 minutes later.  The mechanic said the problem was more widespread than he had initially thought, and that it probably didn't make sense to fix it now.  Apparently, there was a lot of corrosion in the electrical harness from a previous mechanic puncturing the rubber wire sheath to test the wires.  The problem triggering the light was with the low-speed fan relay, and he said I could wait to get it fixed.  He put it all back together and only charged me for the initial diagnosis of the problem.  He also said when I came to pick up the vehicle that he had tested all of my other systems and that the battery was bad.  He didn't try to sell me a battery, but instead helped me determine that the battery was less than 1 year old, and that the retailer would replace it for free.  He gave me the printout on the battery to give to the retailer.
2 weeks later, I got a thank you card and a box of cookies in the mail from AutoCraft.  Nice to know that of all the things to worry about in moving to a new area, finding a good mechanic is already taken care of.

I am continually impressed with the quality of service.  Not only did they change the oil and fix the clunk, they brought to my attention that the vehicle was due for a timing belt replacement and the brakes were worn down.

I have used Autocraft for about 15 years and have always been satisfied. They have done all kinds of engine and suspension repairs, tune-ups, etc. on my pickup, minivan and 6 different cars. Friendly and knowledgable service and willing to explain things to me, my wife or our kids.

Efficient and professional service.  This shop has loyalty points program which halved above price for todays service.  Have used this shop for 3-4 years.  They are always willing to discuss reason for repairs, and prioritize repairs; eg what might wait and for how long, and what should be done immediately.  Have had major work done several times, and never been dissatisfied.

My most recent service was for my 1999 3/4 ton Suburban.

Great as always. The service writer was polite and professional. The owner spoke with me personally to help me select the best parts for my rig. I have used this business for over 15 years with this consistent quality. On a couple occasions the owner actually met me along the roadside when I was stranded with a breakdown.
