"I hired Thompson, Roof, Gutter, Windows, HouseKeeping L.L.C. through Angi for gutter, window, and dryer vent cleaning. While the gutter and window cleaning were satisfactory, I am not satisfied with the dryer vent cleaning. Despite an $80 charge, only the exterior of the dryer vent was cleaned. A complete dryer vent cleaning was expected for this price. The owner, working alone, appeared rushed and dismissed my offer for him to return to finish the job properly, stating he was done. When I texted him about the incomplete service, his response was unprofessional and dismissive. He said, "I charge you only $80.00. And you cannot tell me how to do my job. Sorry, don't have to put up with you. I tried to give you the scope of work on each cleaning service. You that is not necessary. Have a good day." This communication is unacceptable. This experience felt like a significant oversight, and I want to clarify that I am not someone to be walked over. I expect a complete service for the price"
