Our experience with Ariel and Bob was fantastic when we made our initial purchase and again two years later when we returned unhappy with the way that inner-spring mattress was holding up. Why return to the 6 Day Mattress Store? Excellent Customer service. Here's how the second time around went:
Have you ever made a purchase you felt great about and slowly over time, you came to loath the very product you though you loved? That is the box-spring mattress we purchased two years ago from The 6 Day Mattress Store. We thought, wow, only two years in and this mattress sucks! We were a little bit upset about the quality but willing to learn from our poor choice in product and went BACK to the 6 Day Mattress Store to make a better choice. Ariel wasn't happy to see me back so soon. In fact, I think the question she asked was: "You need to replace the SAME mattress I JUST sold you?!"
She wasn't having it. Ariel and Bob worked with us to not only find a mattress we loved but to return our crappy little mattress to the manufacturer under warranty for FULL credit towards our new purchase! The product we first purchased was an exception and i would not warn anyone away from that particular brand or style but this time we chose a latex mattress instead of another innerspring mattress. It was nice to walk into a business and have the staff listen to our frustrations and respond: "you know, you're probably right and here is how we can fix it!"
We LOVE our new latex mattress! I am pleased I went BACK to the 6 Day Mattress Store -- their service continued to amaze even in the face of a less than happy customer. We may not have chosen the right mattress the first time but we chose the right mattress store.
[FYI: It also helps when you are not a jerk of a customer so don't be a jerk. I'm sure they can handle jerks too but my happy experience came easy because I was polite not because I screamed, whined and badgered my way into a better deal. I'm just say'n...]

We spent a month shopping for a good mattress at a good price. Of the many, many salesmen/women we met, Bob at 6 Day Mattress was the best.
Bob knew all the merchandise and patiently answered my questions. My wife and I spent a lot of time in his store testing mattresses, and Bob never once pressured us or tried to up sell anything.  
Our mattress was delivered last Saturday and we are thrilled with it, the price we paid, and the service we received from 6 Day Mattress.

I purchased a twin bed memory foam mattress.  The owner was knowledgable and helpful.  I wanted to have the mattress delivered, and he had some difficulty making that arrangement.  The delivery itself was excellent.

At my request side panel handles were added at no additional cost. The mattress was delivered one week later than initially promised because of the added handles. I did not view this as a deficiency.

They were knowledgeable, they didn't try forcing any sales or you get the education and you try out and choose.

Met with Bob,the owner.  Looked at a number of mattresses.  Wanted a high quality mattress as it was for the master bedroom.  Picked a firm 100% HP king organic latex mattress.  Have had for almost two months.  Love it.  Highly recommend 6 Day Mattress.

We had been shopping for a queen size mattress for our guest room.  We spent the day shopping for the mattress at different stores around Bellevue and Redmond.  Our last stop was 6 day Mattress.  By then, we had a good idea of the price range we wanted, and what kind of mattress we wanted.  The owner was extremely helpful.  Once we told him our price range, he directed us to a couple of options, told us the pros and cons of each and let us make our decision.  Out of all the mattresses we looked at, 6 Day had the best mattress for the price.  All our guests who have since slept on the mattress have told us it is extremely comfortable.

We were in the market for a new mattress.  Our Tempurpedic was about ten years old and was a little firmer than we wanted now, so we went to 6 Day Mattress to look at our choices.  Bob is very knowledgeable, straightforward, and credible. We ended up purchasing a latex mattress and we are very happy with it.  The price was very fair (we did look around at other stores) and I'm comfortable that Bob doesn't blow a lot of smoke when talking about mattress manufactures and features. Comfortable and no pressure.

The owner's knowledge and helpful approach was great - I feel empowered that I'll never waste my money on a bed that isn't right (or doesn't stay comfortable for long) ever again.
The prices are also incredible compared to the big stores.
Overall, a really nice shopping experience and a great mattress.

After admiting that my old mattress had moved on to mattress heaven, I began searching for a replacment. At Bob's he asked for a price range and immediately showed me mattresses in that range -- no "for just a little more you get...." common in sales reps. Bob explained the various technologies and encouraged me to shop around --no "sale ends soon" of other stores. After doing so, I found that Bob's matched other stores in quality at about half the price. Bob explains his prices as a result of low overhead (an ancient but servicable building and Bob being the only employee); but he also has arrangements with local manufacturers who design and build mattresses locally --- thus avoiding the overhead of national chains. I ended up buying one of the local mattresses about a month ago and have been pleased ever since. addendum -- Bob sub-contracts his delivery to Elmersexpress who are punctual and quick -- removing the old mattress and installing the new.

Our experience with Bob at 4-Day Mattress was excellent, prices were excellent, delivery was flawless. Bob's a straight shooter, answers questions directly, and didn't try to steer us in any particular direction (or if he did, he was so good at it that I didn't notice). It's not a fancy or flashy store, but product selection was great. Would definitely refer anyone looking for a mattress here before going to a chain.

He is a one man show but he does a very good job installing it. He was very low pressure. He had good quality merchandise. He was responsive and prompt.
