"Mariais very conscientious and has integrity in everything she does. She cleans our church every week, and we had her come to our home and clean the windows. She does excellent work. If I ever couldn't clean my house, she would be the person I'd call to clean it."

"I am going to be using Northwest cleaning again and on a more regular basis.  I thought they did a very good job, considering that I hadn't had it deep cleaned in quite some time.  Monica did tell me that they could accomplish more each time they cleaned and could pick up more things that needed being done because it wouldn't be like starting over each time.  I have enjoyed working with her and am planning on continuing to do so.  She told me right up front that the time would be between 2 and 3, knowing that I realized that it was dependent on the job prior to mine, so as far as I am concerned she wasn't late at all.  She does deserve the 5 star rating in my opinion.  They cleaned every room in my house, vacuumed the furniture, mopped the floors, cleaned the bathrooms, tub and shower, mirrors, etc. I realized that the gals didn't speak English, so I directed my questions and directions to Monica.  She is who I hired and she takes responsibility for the people who work for her.

"A&A cleaning did an amazing job deep cleaning my house. I was very hesitant on bringing in a cleaning company and honestly embarrassed to admit I needed some help. They were so sweet and caring when I met them and made me feel so comfortable. I left for a few hours and when I returned my house was like new again. I recommend them and am excited to hire them again. Thank you ladies :)"

Sonic Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Iron, or ferrous sulfate, is one of the fastest methods for killing moss. As such, you’ll find this ingredient in many lawn fertilizers and lawn killers. Vinegar is another solution for quickly killing moss. It takes just 15 to 20 minutes for vinegar to take effect. A harsher method is bleach, which also has a similar time frame for taking effect.

The best time to clean the outside of your house is during your outdoor spring cleaning. Wait until late spring, after the wave of pollen is done coating your home. You can also wash your house in late fall–before the first freeze–to remove leaves and branches from the gutters.

It is possible to wash your own roof, but we don’t recommend it. First, getting up on any roof is dangerous without proper safety equipment, especially if wetting a metal roof and making the surface slick. Additionally, it’s easy to damage your roof or force water between roof seams if you use a power washer, which can lead to property damage. Hiring a professional roof cleaner will save you time, keep you safe, and ensure that your roof looks new again without damaging it in the process. Plus, roof cleaning is a relatively affordable home improvement project.

Having your roof cleaned can be worth it because it improves the life span of the materials on the roof. You won’t have to pay a roof replacement cost as often when you clean the roof regularly.

Generally, snow removal from a roof should occur once over six inches of snow accumulates, especially if you notice that ice dams have formed. Without ice dams, you can let the snow accumulation hit 12 inches before removing it. However, the amount of snow that is too much for your roof also depends on the sturdiness of your roof and the compactness of the snow. If your roof needs maintenance or has structural issues, it’s best not to let the snow accumulate too much for fear of collapsing.
