My husband has some mobility issues that they were careful to address in planning the steps and walkways. They also repaired and replaced concrete that had been installed incorrectly to begin with. "We had a very small concrete patio in our back yard at our new house which just wasn't enough room to enjoy. Luis poured a new concrete patio and laid pavers for walk ways and additional paver patio. He also built my husband 2 raised beds for his tomatoes and zucchini next year It is absolutely gorgeous!!!!"

I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
