"Ron, the owner was fantastic, punctual, friendly, and helpful! Before we moved in, we wanted to get our air ducts cleaned. Ron answered all of my questions on the phone and was very helpful in explaining the work he would do and was very straightforward with pricing. Ron charged a flat rate that also included dryer vent cleaning and a sanitizing treatment. We didn't plan on getting our dryer vents cleaned but after seeing how much gunk he pulled out, we were so grateful he did it! It probably saved us from a fire. He showed up early, worked very quickly and was gave us some really valuable tips on how to clean out our furnace and do annual maintenance to upkeep our system better. Highly recommend. "I rarely write reviews and rarely give service providers 5 Stars but I had to write this 5 Start review for a job well done. My carpets looked horrible before the R& B Team came out to work on them and they really needed a thorough cleaning. The 2 man team that R&B sent out were awesome. They came to my house within 24 hours of my email (and on a Saturday) and they were on time and worked very hard until the job was completely done. They were both courteous and professional. They were also over-the-top contentious and spent lots of extra time removing deep carpet stains (that previous cleaners have never been able to get out before). I was really impressed with their work. I have used ChemDry and Stanley Steamer in the past but R&B really out-shined them all. My 21 year old carpets look new again. I will definitely use R&B Cleaning in the future! Best of all, they did not try to up-sell me on products or additional services like other "Name Brand" Carpet Cleaners have done in the past with me. Best of all, R&B's price for the carpet cleaning service was very competitive. Great Job guys!"
