Booking the appointment was fast and easy. Technician was on time, friendly, and he worked hard to get the carpets cleaned. Definitely recommend them.

i needed the apartment I was moving out of to look great to get my big deposit back. I had cat hair in the carpet I had trouble vacuuming up. I found R&B Cleaning online and selected them as they were nearby and I needed it done within a few days. Let's just say that I'm getting al my deposit back. The carpets looked fabulous with not a hint of cat hair. Great attention to detail, efficient & didn't leave a mess. I would definitely use them again and recommend the to my friends & family.

Very efficient and polite.

They were very professional, early for appointment, always in communication, informative during cleaning, even responded on a Sunday, the carpets dried in less than an hour, the wife was content when she arrived home! However, they were unable to remove the red from the carpet with their chemicals, but they got the dirt out and cleaned them very well.

They were very professional and they really listened to what I wanted. I will be using them again and have already referred them to friends and family!

I rarely write reviews and rarely give service providers 5 Stars but I had to write this 5 Start review for a job well done. My carpets looked horrible before the R& B Team came out to work on them and they really needed a thorough cleaning. The 2 man team that R&B sent out were awesome. They came to my house within 24 hours of my email (and on a Saturday) and they were on time and worked very hard until the job was completely done. They were both courteous and professional. They were also over-the-top contentious and spent lots of extra time removing deep carpet stains (that previous cleaners have never been able to get out before). I was really impressed with their work. I have used ChemDry and Stanley Steamer in the past but R&B really out-shined them all. My 21 year old carpets look new again. I will definitely use R&B Cleaning in the future! Best of all, they did not try to up-sell me on products or additional services like other "Name Brand" Carpet Cleaners have done in the past with me. Best of all, R&B's price for the carpet cleaning service was very competitive. Great Job guys!

This team was efficient and did a great job on cleaning our windows. They came as a team of 3. Two working the outside of the windows and one on the inside. We have a 4 bedroom/2 level home and they were able to get all the work done within 2-2 1/2 hours. They cleaned the windows and skylight inside and out and cleaned the screens. Best money I have spent! Highly recommend them. They also clean carpets, power wash and clean gutters.

R&B did a fantastic job refinishing the vinyl tile on our basement floor. They were extremely responsive in their communication, prompt in their service, on time with their appointments, and did a quality job at a fair price. We couldn t have asked for anything more. We would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.
