"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"Honestly, I LOVE Ryan's Restoration.  This is a company I've been going to since 2010.  These are great people doing great things for people and their carpets.  I highly recommend these guys and will use them again once I move into my own house again.  There's really not much else to say, they're detail oriented and upfront about costs.  They helped me first in my apartment in 2010.  They stretched the carpet back into place so that there wouldn't be a difference shown with the final walk through.  They cleaned the carpets in my first house also in 2010 and throughout my time there.  My last service with them was in September 2014 where they cleaned my carpets for the last time as I had put my house on the market.  If there's a company you can go to again and again and see familiar faces, people who will remember you, Ryan's Restoration is the company.

"Worker showed up on time and ready to go. Blew out gutters and debris from roof, then washed windows on 1st and 2nd floors.  At the conclusion of everything, cleaned up debris from lawn. I was satisfied with the job and will use their services again."

"I loved the company. They worked very hard especially for the price. But because the price was lower than normal they did not deal clean every time but my house smelled so good. If I had asked to deep clean I'm sure they would have. Also because my husband lost his job they did our last cleaning for free. Made me cry! Very good company.
