This chimney is on a flat roof, we have a new Duralast rubber roof system over it, it is a fairly new product. Jason really did his homework on this roof system, he spoke to Duralast professionals to get a thorough understanding of this product and was very careful not to void our warranty. Jason repointed the chimney, added new lead flashing, a new chimney cap, and waterproofing. I am happy to say the Chimney looks beautiful once again and is completely water proof. "I received a call back from Richard within 4 hours of sending an e-mail asking for help with a slow-draining and unusable toilet.  He sent Jim to my house that afternoon and the problem was fixed within 2 hours at a very reasonable cost.  Jim found a plastic air freshener that had been dropped into the toilet (likely by my 2 yr old) and had gotten stuck in the drain.  He had to pull the toilet off the floor and push the item back through the drain, which was difficult since it had gotten stuck during all my forceful attempts to snake the toilet.  He also made sure to replace the filler valve when the water wouldn't stop flowing.  They even arranged to let me pay via PayPal when I couldn't find my checkbook.  What more can you ask than a fast response, a job well done, a reasonable price, and flexibility when doing business?  My experience was top notch and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any future repairs or projects."
