"I had an old, massive chimney built years ago with the wrong brick, it was crumbling off my house. Most chimney repair contractors were quoting me upwards of 30, 40, 50k. Justin worked with me to find a solution which would cost me less than half of that and still ensure the longevity and safety of my chimney/house. It took a while to get done, we had to wait for the right weather but the outcome was fantastic and working with Justin was an easy, smooth and enjoyable process."

"Went great it came out looking amazing the exact way I was asking for it to look like finished"

"Joe has done several different types of plumbing jobs and handy-man type work on properties I manage in my business. He has also done work on my own property and I have referred him to family members. He's responsive, does great work at a fair price, and stands by his work. I highly recommend Joe."

"David, did a good job completing what was asked. Reason for not five stars is clean up and took longer than expected which might not be fair waiting in siding."

"My team was Ben, Brianna, Chris, and Nate (alphabetically). All knowledgeable and efficient, working well together to finish the assorted jobs in less time and for less cost than the initial quote. Very happy with the professional results."

"Did an excellent job putting in new storm doors and the thresholds on the bottom of the door frame. Very through. Took the whole frame out and added new insulation around the frame also."

"Our HOA had many small and large neglected projects interior/exterior. Montgomery Property Services completed everything, went above and beyond while keeping everything with our Budget. The building looks 100% better. We are very pleased."

"He was awesome, got it done fast, and he was the cheapest that I found."
