"Jill provided two different floor plans for us, and was very flexible, as far as working the option of piano into the room. She responded to several follow-up questions I had, and provided suggestions for where to locate resources. Jill was very easy to work with, and very accommodating. However, I found the process of working with a "virtual designer" to be a bit challenging for me. That was definitely no fault of Jill's, thought.
