I ended up losing a month's rent, and then they did not start the job two months later. They cited that they could keep my deposit because I signed a non-refundable contract. They are the one's who breached the contract, and they think that they can legally and ethically keep my deposit. They were totally inflexibile and unethical and I am taking them to small claims court to recoup my deposit."
