"Extremely happy with the job done and very impressed with this company. Everyone I dealt with from Johnny the roof specialist/salesman, to Katie in the office and to Steve and his install crew were very professional and provided great customer service. I called very late in the year (late Nov) with a leak on a 20 year old roof that was getting towards the end of its life and they went the extra mile to come right out for an assessment and quick repair as that time of year it's usually tough to get a job like that done on short notice. I decide to be proactive and get on their spring schedule for a full replacement and they ended up squeezing me in a few weeks later as weather had cooperated. Job went great, exactly as planned with no hiccups. Nice to not have to worry about this all winter now."

"The installer came a bit early, listened carefully, and began work immediately, completing the job without problems (so far). Will have to await a heavy rain to see is vent stack leak has been repaired, but the damage to the old flashing was shown to me and is apparent."
