"Andrew came highly recommended. I contacted him for a leaking sink. Before he came over he requested detailed information and a phone photograph. This had three purposes: (1) it allowed him to diagnose the problem; (2) it saved him (and me!) a preliminary visit to assess the situation; and (3) on the basis of the above he gave me a cost estimate. Next thing, he came over, fixed the problem in one single visit. the work was done promptly and efficiently. Andy billed me (the amount of the estimate) and I paid promptly. Thank you, Andy.
