Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms

DO NOT USE ALL POINTS CONSTRUCTION! We contracted this company in October 2024 to do a major remodel in Shrewsbury, Vermont. The schedule, submitted by the owner Jason McNolty, showed the work starting October 23rd, 2024, and completing by May 1st, 2025. We left the house all winter to All Points so they could work, uninterrupted, for six months. When we arrived back, the house was a disaster. It was not near completion. In fact, All Points took 11 months and still did not complete the work. They walked off the job at 11 months. The interior trim was incomplete, drywall was incomplete, roof work was not done, exterior stucco work was left undone, and many work defects were not corrected. The contractor left a hole in the roof where they vented a bathroom fan, the hardwood floor they installed buckled and required a redo, much trim work was substandard, and his employees damaged baseboard heaters, drywall ceilings, stucco exteriors, and new appliances. DO NOT USE ALL POINTS!

Wonderful experience. Prompt response to inquiry. Reasonable pricing. Chad came immediately after speaking to him to price job. He was able to squeeze in our laundry room framing, sheetrock and hang doors in two days in between jobs.. Chad's communication was superb and his two workers were excellent. Could not be more pleased.
