"Diego and his crew are amazing! Punctual, fair price and just a great job all around. I even had other contractors come through who commented on what a great job they did. At one point we were on a very tight timeline and needed the remaining plaster installed before the floors went in. Diego’s crew worked late on a Saturday to make sure it was done. "Kevin called me back the same day to schedule a visit and give me a quote. He showed up on time, was very thorough and honest. He originally scheduled the work for a couple weeks out due to some remaining exterior jobs they were still working on, but put me on the 'rainy day' schedule. Lucky me, it did rain and they were able to get the job done even sooner than I expected. Jeremiah and Damien did a FANTASTIC job on the bathroom. I can barely recognize it with how good it looks compared to before. Exceeded my wildest expectations. I would highly recommend K-Nells, and will be using them in the future for any painting needs."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

Additionally, starting at the top is physically easier, as you won't have to fit the top sheet into a tight space between the lower sheet and the ceiling, or try to balance the upper sheets on the lower ones while securing them.
