"I worked with two different men-- one did my estimate and one did the cleaning. They were both very professional and nice. They arrived in the two hour window that they had given me and didn't waste their time. The estimate only took about 15 minutes. The cleaning took about an hour or so. After the carpet was cleaned, it looked so much better! You can still see the wear patterns or traffic areas, but the pet stains, rust spot and dirt are gone!. I would definitely use them again The price seemed a little steep, but I've never had carpet cleaned, so I'm not sure how it actually compares. Stairs are priced per step and carpet is 41 cents a square foot, I believe.

Don was very prompt in calling me back. He was at the condo the very next day and he got the blood stain OUT!! We were looking at having to replace the entire carpet and Don did it for a fraction of the cost. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company if you have carpet that you think is ruined. I’m so pleased!!"
