"It was easy to communicate with Manny, and his emergency repair to my leaky happened so quickly, even for the end of November. He sent pictures of the roof hours after I first contacted CL Exteriors, I was quite surprised! "Never presented a bill for work. Would just be halfway through a task and ask for money. Did an appalling job refinishing my floor and I had to get it redone. Way overcharged for work done. Then disappeared from sight.
