"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

They were very responsive to anything needed before and after the job was done. They stand behind their work and in my opinion are an exceptional company. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely use them again."

"Cinderella did what we wanted so we are pleased with them. This was a Groupon or similar deal at half-price for 2000 Sq Ft as I remember. Our house exterior is more like 3000 Sq Ft and we knew the rules going into this deal and really wanted one side of the house washed of the algae and if possible the back side too. The two fellas that showed up and I talked about what they offered and what we wanted so we agree on the two sides fulfilling the deal.
Given the height of the house from the ground they were unprepared to do the washing that day so we rescheduled without issue and when they came back they got right to it. This time they came with an appropriately long ladder and took care of the the two sides of my house without incident. Even with the longer ladder they had to work at getting the peak of the house side clean and they did do it. They acted professionally, did the work, and we were satisfied.

Richard was there when the adjuster did the inspection, undoubtedly paving the way for the smooth experience we had with our claim and communicated with us every step of the way to make sure we understood what was happening and why. Because they were dealing with mold removal, an extreme amount of care went into the demolition process and Richard always kept us informed about the safety of the environment. He always followed through on what he said he would do when he said he would do it. His team was skilled, professional and considerate. They used high quality materials and did high quality work. Our basement looks better than it ever did before the damage occurred. I can't imagine how the experience could have been better. We will never use another company to do work that NE Renovations can do."
