"When I contacted Cinderella's, Jerry got back to me within 24 hours. I was having trouble explaining the measurements of  my ceilings and he came within days to check it out with. He arrived on time and was so professional and personable. We have a rescue dog and she fell in love with him and he was so sweet with her (you can't fake that kind of nice). I received my estimate and was so pleased with the offer I accepted. When I was ready, Jerry got me right on the schedule. 
Quin and Jill arrived right on time in the snow storm! Jerry even checked in with me the Sunday night before to let me know that he would call if they had to reschedule.
