"I was extremely pleased with the work Bert and John did for me. They are extraordinary representatives of Bellavance Land Works. Bert works that excavator like a precision instrument. His work is absolute perfection. I was floored by how great it looked when he was finished. His co worker John went above and beyond what the work required. He stayed busy tidying up and finding minor projects to help with while the excavator was in use. Both Bert and John are super nice to have working at your home. They showed up on time, got right to work and left my yard spotless and me extremely happy. Not kidding. Hire these guys. You will be glad you did!"

"The work itself, the actual basement waterproofing appears to be working but our flood season hasn't come yet so, I'm reserving judgement. But, the way the work was done was a problem and the initial way that they got with the problem wasn't satisfactory. Eventually, months after work I did get some resolution but is wasn't a smooth transaction. We moved some of the finished portions of the basement to do their work and the way that that was handled was very sloppy and rushed, and very expensive to repair. And then, when the initial point of having somebody come and look at all my questions, it was not the owner, it was his foreman and it was not dealt within a professional manner. After 2 contacts, tried to explain what the problems were and has offered that they have an annual service to make sure that everything is working and there's a fee for that, though he offered 2 years of that with no cost, so that was a nice gesture. He tried to make up for the problems but like I said, there were problems."

"Eric did an excellent job installing a bluestone walkway and two bluestone stairs to our side porch. He also planted two step-railing posts in concrete and gravel , and when I noted one was about 6" off center with the askew 100-year old porch door, he dug it out and repositioned it to better align with the crooked house. He started the project when promised and completed it in just two days, including spreading topsoil sloping to either side of the walkway and planting grass. I was very pleased with the work and get a lot of complements on the stone steps and walkway."
