He was punctual and provided us information about what would need to be done. He stated that he would provide us with an estimate that evening. I waited, but the estimate never came. I called the following week to see the status of the estimate. They stated that they were busy, but I should have it by now and would email it ASAP. After a second week, I called again. They said they would get it to me again. After the third week, I called again and was told the same thing. "Green Mountain Basement solutions were great about stopping the leaks in my basement by installing drains and a subpump and so far no leaking to report but they left a huge mess behind them and damage done to my walls and the new concrete covering that they put over the drains was done sloppy and uneven.
