He was prompt, professional and excellent at communicating with me each day while the job was being done. There was an area with stains and an odor from pets that needed replacing and he did an outstanding job matching the rest of the floors and worked very hard to remove all traces of the odor in that area. He also replaced the treads on my staircase to match the other hardwood. I highly recommend JV Restoration."
