"They were excellent. They came out when they said they would. They had a reasonable estimate. They were honest about when they are going to be able to fit us in which was not a problem with me. After the job was done, he came back on a Saturday morning to finish it because he kind of run over his time and I think that was okay. There was an issue a few weeks later which I had not noticed it because it was in the backroom and he came back to resolve the issue.
