Description of Work: This was an expensive repair--for good reason: new heels, new full soles, rubber overlay on the soles, and tabs on the end. It was worth it to restore these high-quality men's shoes that you wear with suits, and to have it done exactly right by a real craftsman. As many other people have said, this is where you take the difficult jobs. He has people who've moved to other parts of the country from Vienna and still send him their shoes. I live in Centreville and there's no doubt I'll keep going to him. He and his wife are a great team.

Description of Work: I was shopping for shoe repair for an old and favorite pair of shoes and they worked with me online quickly and professionally to try and find a fix. To make sure i provided pictures and model which they looked carefully over. A sensible fix was not available (they are moccasin type soles bonded to the shoe in a fashion that just doesnt get reliably replaced. Whenever i do need a shoe repaired i am confident this professional group would do the job well. d

Description of Work: I've had three or four pairs of footwear repaired there. This included two very difficult shoes where there were very limited areas that could be reached for repairs. In each case the work was done well and on time. These repairs were spread over latter half of 2011. I do not remember specific dates. Work was performed at the shop.

Description of Work: my dogs ripped my brand new suede boots -- I was going to toss them but decided to try a shoe repair shop - the job these guys did was perfect -- I have my brand new boots back! I already dropped off another pair of boots for repair -- they def won repeat business out of me!
