It went well, they were polite and my shoes were repaired well and at the tie they were promised.

It looked great and would have looked better if I didn't touch it myself. All in all, my daughter was impressed!

My beloved Lucchese cowboy boots were looking a little down at the heel-and worn through the sole! I had called some boot stores looking for recommendations, but it want' until Angie's List that I found Guarantee Shoe Repair. I took the boots in, and the shop owner told me he would take care of them. And wow!!! they look better than ever. He put on a rubber sole and heel to prolong the life and even managed to camouflage where I scuffed leather off the toe. We live in Aldie, and the shop is in Vienna, but I won't go anywhere else!

the shoes were so worn on the heels and soles I almost threw them away, thought they were past any hope of repair. these shoes fit me perfectly, like no others, and I find shoes very hard to fit my feet properly. he did a great job of re-building, built up the gaps in the heels and re-soling them. I am very impressed. the sneaker was a simple job, but properly done. I would highly recommend this business.

I found Guarantee Shoe Repair on Angie's List. Shop is located in the heart of Vienna on Church Street, not far from Lawyers Road. This was my first visit. Shop is located in an old house, house that has a few other businesses. Each time I went in the shop Manuel was in the back working on shoes, so be sure to ring the bell near the cash register for service. Immediately Manual knew the problem that my wife was having with her high heels, some sort of small rubber piece came off each shoe. 4 days later I picked up the heels, my wife said the repair is excellent, a high quality repair. I live in Herndon some 7 miles from Vienna, but this shop had such good reviews I did not mind driving past other shoe repair places to get to this one. Great service!

The fix worked and prolonged the life of these two pair of shoes.

The shop's owner (I can't remember his name) was very professional. The items were ready on the date he said they would be. He also suggested he could repair the zipper on a very good leather purse instead of putting in a new one. He was right, it worked very well.
I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again. It's rare to find such a good shoe repair in these times and I'm glad I did.

Must say, I love this place (updated Oct. 2013)

I was happy to find out that their service is consistently good - my heels came back very professionally repaired. The owner explained that he was adding better quality heels than the shoes had originally been made with, and they are holding up well. I subsequently brought several more pairs of shoes in for stretching, and the results have been great - they're so much more comfortable now.

Found Guarantee Shoe Repair on Angie's List and this was my first visit. Manuel was very friendly and completed the job quickly. I am happy with the quality and will use him again.

It is easy to accomplish my objectives when I use Guarantee. If the owner isn't certain he can "fix the problem", he'll ask me for some time to think about a solution. However, he's always found a way to fix my shoes.

This is THE shoe repair store I frequent. The owner is so helpful and I always get what I pay for -- whether it is badly damaged leather that I am begging to have renewed or soles put on shoes. I give this place my highest recommendation.

I was concerned that a pair of shoes from an exclusive store had begun to come apart from the sole after just a few times wearing them. These were expensive shoes (over $350) and they are now like new. I will definitely return to this shoe repair shop.

I needed an unusual color polish for my wif'e's shoes, and the gentleman was most helpful. The real kicker was that I had gotten there without my wallet! He told me to take the can home, make sure my wife liked the color, and then either return it or take him the money. He didn't know me, he didn't even ask my name. It's just his way of doing business. Oh, yes, we'll be back for all our cobbling needs!

The gave me a completion date of one week. I paid for the repair then. They were ready on time a week later. The work seems to be of good quality but I will only know once I start wearing the shoes in the fall again. They were definitely cheaper than McLean Shoe Repair.
