Wade & Sons with the intention of teaching his sons a trade and leaving them with a business they can grow as well as spending more time with them. Pat has been in the welding business since 1979 and most recently has worked in management and design. He enjoys working with local businesses and people in the valley. Pat began working in metal fabrication and welding during in the summers while he was still in high school. His first job was building trash dumpsters. He completed his education at Valley Vocational Technical School. Pat worked for a few welding shops in the valley after completing school.
