They always notified me of the issues as they came up, but they did not pressure me into hiring them to fix anything. I really appreciated that and it is one of the things that made me decide to hire them for the entire renovation once I decided to do it. Ashley also presented a detailed, itemized invoice with every project. If there was something she knew she already had at home, such as hardware for the doors or lighting, she made sure to ask if I wanted to use that first before purchasing anything. They are very generous with their time and materials. Ashley was also honest when it came to ideas I might have about different areas and if they were worth fixing monetarily. "Top notch work! These guys really want the customer to be happy with the job. I had 200 Amp Service installed plus a 50 Amp sub-panel on a new garage. Brad Basham came out to do the estimate and he was one step ahead of me the whole way knowing exactly what was needed for a quality job exceeding my expectations. He suggested a surge suppressor on the panel for my needs before I did after describing my requirements and use of the electric service. I wanted a particular sub-panel for a 50A RV hook-up and he understood why and went out of his way to get the proper equipment. The guys showed up and did a better job than I could. They would even ask for my input on multiple ways to run the service and sub-panel to make sure the customer was happy. Unbelievable top notch work from start to finish."

If the water damage is small, such as small patches, you can paint over the area. To prevent mold growth, roll on a coat of an antifungal primer beforehand painting. However, if the damage is more extensive, you may have mold, and the plaster will be compromised. You’ll have to replace the plasterboard.

Only use spackle on plaster walls when the imperfection is small. It’s best used for nail holes or small dings in the plaster. Spackle dries quickly, allowing you to continue the repair process shortly after using it. Watch for large, deep cracks, multiple cracks in the same area, and cracks along the walls where they meet the ceiling. Repair these cracks to prevent further damage.
