We asked contractor daily, what about this what about that. Each day of the JOB which was 3 months late they left the site before wife would come home from work, so they didnt have to get q uestions. They refused to fix anything. However they did TRY and FIX omne item, the drain issue by "saw cutting" into the deck. Which did not help at all. We have pitcures to document all of this process. Including the contractor walking on the plaster before water was installed. These were obvious things that were done wrong along the way. We are in current litigation. They promised my family three weeks after the "dig" we would be swimming. It was three months!
