It was the hottest day of the summer and all new posts were installed by early afternoon, and the deck above was raised a few inches back into level. "I needed stucco repair work on an old chimney (and other spots). Grady was meticulous and thoughtful on what approaches and materials would work. Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."

"had purchased this on a Deal. I moved my office to the in-law suite, and wanted something outside my norm - yet not too jarring. The decoraator is in Mass. We communicated via email, Pinterest., Houzz, their website and phone conference. I planned to reuse my light cherry office furniture, but needed to get rid of the white wall look. I sent photos of the room and a floor plan. I answered their online style questionaire and sent photo of the furnishing, my favorite Arts n Crafys desktop lamp and some of the art work I wanted to use. The result was a vibrant palate that is invigorating and joyful to work in. Using the colors from some paintings I collected in Africa15 years ago and my electric taste. the result was very bold. (Formerly my definition of bold was any color other than white or beige. The cair rail and lower walls are a terracotta with a rich deep gold on top. The remaining woodwork and doors are a dark slate gray with a satin finish. (Really - no white glossy woodwork.) I feel like I am in some exotic place when I work. I have met with other designers in the past. They ask your likes, then tell you what think regardless. Not so here, the process was interactive, two sided and balanced. The results are stunnung. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, even if no big deal is available.

"Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."
