Whenever there were unexpected challenges that arose, Erskine was quick and calm about communicating the issue and brainstorming possible solutions. He showed his expertise in so many ways, and he also took time to listen to our goals and vision for the project. It was clear, that making us happy with the final result was the ultimate goal for Erskine. And it's refreshing to see someone who enjoys their work as much as he does. He then left to grab some supplies and tools and got right to work. Fixed the problem AND cleaned out the ductwork. He worked nonstop, all day. The end result was exceptional.
