Whenever there were unexpected challenges that arose, Erskine was quick and calm about communicating the issue and brainstorming possible solutions. He showed his expertise in so many ways, and he also took time to listen to our goals and vision for the project. It was clear, that making us happy with the final result was the ultimate goal for Erskine. And it's refreshing to see someone who enjoys their work as much as he does. Can't say enough about the integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail. I'm looking for other projects around the house to work with Erskine in the future!"

Steve was easy to reach and always returned calls and kept me informed about when he would begin the repairs. Scott called me that same evening (a Sunday!) and asked if he could come the next day at 10:00am. He showed up the next day right at 10:00am, as promised, to asses the work, free of charge. He then left to grab some supplies and tools and got right to work. Fixed the problem AND cleaned out the ductwork. He worked nonstop, all day. The end result was exceptional. Scott is professional, personable and incredibly reasonable. I highly recommend him and will be using him again."

"First of all, I love the final product. I initially selected Tosh because Thomas said he'd done this type of project before. However, he didn't talk to me about changes in the supplies and money charges along the way. He hit me with a lot of additional money on the last day, that was way over the estimate he gave me. After we settled on the final bill and he said he would send me an invoice marked paid in full, he contacted me the next day and asked for even more money for additional charges. With the dimensions and diagram I gave him at the start, I feel he had enough information to accurately predict the supplies he would need and include that in the estimate. I would have gladly worked with him on making modifications to stay within my budget if he would have only asked me. Very disappointed in that aspect of this project."

"James did a fantastic job on our deck. We needed to install new posts, as the old ones were not to code and beginning to deteriorate. It was the hottest day of the summer and all new posts were installed by early afternoon, and the deck above was raised a few inches back into level. The next day, tongue and groove, and new lighting was installed below the joists. The place looks like a million bucks. James was efficient, pleasant, and knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend green mountain to anyone looking to have work done on their home."
