When he showed up, the flooring for the deck wasn't what we picked out, but he said it was something better and he got a good deal...OK, I have no way of knowing, but I'll take his word. He says he guarantees his work for as long as I'm in the house.
I wanted him to do some other work, but getting a timely response was a problem. Sometimes I wouldn't hear from him for days and because of this I wound up going to another vendor for the other work. The deck, so far, is good -- let's see how things to with time. I think he's a one-man shop so that may have something to do with his responsiveness. He does know what he's doing and he is professional.
