Gerald responded immediately, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was patient with me and my lack of knowledge. He explained things to me as he went along. He did such an excellent job installing the ceiling fan that I had him install a new light fixture as well. I will definitely be having him come back out to install some recessed lights in my kitchen. I can not recommend him more highly! He takes pride in his work and is a man of his word! Hire him. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.

"There was only one hang up. When I contacted them through e-mail I indicated that I wanted to talk about installing an antique wood burning stove in addition to the chimney inspection and cleaning. The appointment was made for the afternoon on a certain day. But, the guys called that morning and left a message on my voicemail saying they could come early. I did not get the voicemail and they showed up early anyway. I was not home but my mother was there. Unfortunately, these guys did not get the word from the scheduler in the office that I wanted to talk about the installation of the wood burning stove in addition to having the chimney cleaned. So they came did they work and left. I called the workers back (since I had their phone number from the voicemail) and communicated my annoyance at the schedule change. The guy was very apologetic and offered to come back though he was no longer available at the scheduled time which I had blocked off on my calendar.
However, we ended up talking about the project over the phone and he was able to give me all the information I needed about the potential installation over the phone. He was very knowledgable and helpful. So, I'd like to give them a "B" for punctuality though that doesn't seem to really fit the situation. So they get all As despite this little hitch.
