I expected the grout to look new, but even the tiles look new. My floors look better than they have ever looked in the 26 years we've lived here. "Scrubbed manually with a brush, when I would've expected some steaming equipment or similar. But did a good job and got the grout mostly clean. A bit expensive though as it came to 300 hundred for less than 2 hours work."
